Classic Cocktail

Ingredients

  1. Gin -> 1 1/2 oz
  2. Sugar -> 2 tsp superfine
  3. Lemon juice -> 1 1/2 oz
  4. Champagne -> 4 oz Chilled
  5. Orange -> 1
  6. Maraschino cherry -> 1

How to mix

  1. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, sugar, and lemon juice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Pour into a collins glass.
  4. Top with the Champagne.
  5. Stir well and garnish with the orange slice and the cherry.
