Apricot brandy -> 2 oz
Yellow Chartreuse -> 3/4 oz
Egg yolk -> 1 unbroken

How to mix

Stir brandy and chartreuse with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Float unbroken egg yolk on top and serve.
