Cocktail
Ingredients
- Mint -> 8 medium-size
- Sugar syrup -> 1.5 tblsp
- Bourbon -> 1.5 oz
- Angostura bitters -> 1/4 tsp
How to mix
In electric blender, blend on high for a few seconds, until leaves are reduced. Strain into silver tumbler packed with shaved ice, add more Bourbon to saturate the ice, garnish with a sprig of mint.
