Mulled Wine is an alcoholic Punch / Party Drink served in a vote.

Ingredients

Water -> 3 cups
Sugar -> 1 cup
Cloves -> 12
Cinnamon -> 2
Lemon peel -> 1
Red wine -> 750 ml
Brandy -> 1/4 cup

How to mix

Simmer 3 cups water with, sugar, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and lemon peel in a stainless steel pot for 10 minutes. Add wine heat to a "coffee temperature" (DO NOT BOIL) then add the brandy.
