Punch / Party Drink

Pineapple Punch is an alcoholic Punch / Party Drink served in a Punch bowl.

Ingredients

Red wine -> 1 bottle
Tea -> 150 ml strong
Pineapple juice -> 100 ml
Rum -> 80 ml
Lemon -> Juice of 1
Sugar -> 100 gr
Pineapple -> 200 gr
Sherry -> 50 ml

How to mix

Put the pineapple pieces in a punch bowl and pour the sherry over them. Chill for 2 hours. Put tea and sugar in a pot, add red wine, lemon juice and rum. Heat but do not boil the mixture. Pour over the pineapple pieces.
