Ingredients
- Ice Cubes -> [Ice Cubes]
- Vodka Vodka -> 2 Parts [Absolut Vodka]
- Lime Juice -> 1 Part [Lime Juice]
- Beet root juice -> 1 Part [Beet root juice]
- Simple Syrup -> 1 Part [Simple Syrup]
- Soda Water -> [Soda Water]
- Lemon -> 1 Slice [Lemon]
How to mix
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add Absolut Vodka, lime juice, beet root juice and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with soda water. Garnish with lemon.
