Ingredients
- Ice Cubes -> [Ice Cubes]
- Crushed Ice -> [Crushed Ice]
- Vodka Vodka -> 1½ Parts [Absolut Vodka]
- Lemon -> 4 Wedges [Lemon]
- Ginger (grated) -> 1 Teaspoon [Ginger (Grated)]
- Sugar, Superfine -> 2 Teaspoons [Sugar, Superfine]
- Pineapple -> 1 Leaf [Pineapple]
How to mix
Muddle lemon, ginger (grated) and sugar, superfine in a shaker. Fill with ice cubes. Add Absolut Vodka. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple.
