Ingredients
- Ice Cubes -> [Ice Cubes]
- Crushed Ice -> [Crushed Ice]
- Vodka Citron -> 1½ Parts [Absolut Citron]
- Pineapple -> 6 Pieces [Pineapple]
- Ginger -> 3 Slices [Ginger]
- Sugar, Superfine -> 1 Teaspoon [Sugar, Superfine]
How to mix
Muddle pineapple, ginger and sugar, superfine in a shaker. Fill with ice cubes. Add Absolut Citron. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple and ginger.
