- Vodka Lime -> 2 Parts [Absolut Lime]
- Lime Juice -> 1 Part [Lime Juice]
- Simple Syrup -> ¾ Part [Simple Syrup]
- Mint Leaf -> 8 Whole [Mint Leaves]
- Soda Water -> [Soda Water]
- Lime -> 1 Wedge [Lime]
How to mix
Muddle mint leaves in a chilled highball glass. Fill with crushed ice. Add Absolut Lime, lime juice and simple syrup. Top up with soda water. Garnish with lime and mint leaf.
