Ingredients
- Ice Cubes -> [Ice Cubes]
- Crushed Ice -> [Crushed Ice]
- Vodka Pears -> 1½ Parts [Absolut Pears]
- Mango Puree -> 3 Parts [Mango Puree]
- Lemon Juice -> ¾ Part [Lemon Juice]
- Simple Syrup -> ¾ Part [Simple Syrup]
- Soda Water -> [Soda Water]
- Lemon -> 1 Slice [Lemon]
How to mix
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add Absolut Pears, lemon juice, mango puree and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with crushed ice. Top up with soda water. Garnish with lemon.
