Ingredients
- Ice Cubes -> [Ice Cubes]
- Crushed Ice -> [Crushed Ice]
- Vodka Apeach -> 1½ Parts [Absolut Apeach]
- Lemon Juice -> ⅓ Part [Lemon Juice]
- Plum -> 8 Quarters [Plum]
- Sugar, Superfine -> 1 Teaspoon [Sugar, Superfine]
- Ginger -> 2 Slices [Ginger]
How to mix
Muddle plum, sugar, superfine and ginger in a shaker. Fill with ice cubes. Add lemon juice and Absolut Apeach. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
