- Ice Cubes -> [Ice Cubes]
- Vodka Vodka -> 1½ Parts [Absolut Vodka]
- Lemon Juice -> ¾ Part [Lemon Juice]
- Simple Syrup -> ¾ Part [Simple Syrup]
- Egg White -> 1 Dash [Egg White]
- Soda Water -> [Soda Water]
- Lemon -> 1 Piece [Lemon]
How to mix
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add Absolut Vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white. Shake and strain into a highball glass. Top up with soda water. Garnish with a lemon.
