Ingredients
- Ice Cubes -> [Ice Cubes]
- Vodka Ruby Red -> 1⅔ Parts [Absolut Ruby Red]
- Orange Juice -> 3⅓ Parts [Orange Juice]
- Lemon Juice -> ¾ Part [Lemon Juice]
- Simple Syrup -> ¾ Part [Simple Syrup]
- Egg White -> 1 Dash [Egg White]
- Passion fruit Liqueur -> 1 Dash [Passion fruit Liqueur]
- Pineapple -> 4 Pieces [Pineapple]
How to mix
Muddle pineapple in a shaker. Fill with ice cubes. Add Absolut Ruby red, egg white, lemon juice, orange juice, passion fruit liqueur and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with pineapple.
