Ingredients
- Ice Cubes -> [Ice Cubes]
- Light Rum -> 1½ Parts [Light Rum]
- Cognac -> ¾ Part [Cognac]
- Gin -> ½ Part [Gin]
- Orange Juice -> 1½ Parts [Orange Juice]
- Lemon Juice -> ½ Part [Lemon Juice]
- Orgeat Almond Syrup -> ½ Part [Orgeat Almond Syrup]
- Amontillado Sherry -> ½ Part [Amontillado Sherry]
- Orange -> 1 Wheel [Orange]
How to mix
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add light rum, cognac, gin, orange juice, lemon juice and orgeat almond syrup. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes. Float amontillado sherry. Garnish with orange.
