Ingredients
- Ice Cubes -> [Ice Cubes]
- Gin -> 5 Parts [Gin]
- Lemon Juice -> 4 Parts [Lemon Juice]
- Simple Syrup -> 3 Parts [Simple Syrup]
- Egg White -> ⅓ Part [Egg White]
- Green Mint Liqueur -> ⅓ Part [Green Mint Liqueur]
- Soda Water -> [Soda Water]
- Orange -> 1 Twist [Orange]
How to mix
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add egg white, green mint liqueur, lemon juice, gin and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with soda water. Garnish with orange.
