- Water -> 2½ Parts [Water]
- Lime Juice -> 1½ Parts [Lime Juice]
- Simple Syrup -> 1 Part [Simple Syrup]
- Kiwi -> 4 Pieces [Kiwi]
- Mint Leaf -> 8 Leaves [Mint Leaf]
How to mix
Muddle kiwi and mint leaf in a shaker. Add lime juice, simple syrup and water. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with kiwi and mint leaf.
