Ingredients
- Ice Cubes -> [Ice Cubes]
- Gin -> 1 Part [Gin]
- Strawberry Puree -> 1 Part [Strawberry Puree]
- Strawberry Liqueur -> ½ Part [Strawberry Liqueur]
- Lemon Juice -> 2 Dashes [Lemon Juice]
- Balsamico Vinegar -> 1 Dash [Balsamico Vinegar]
- Champagne -> [Champagne]
- Mint Leaf -> 1 Sprig [Mint Leaf]
How to mix
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add balsamico vinegar, lemon juice, gin, strawberry puree and strawberry liqueur. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with champagne. Garnish with mint leaf.
