Ingredients
- Ice Cubes -> [Ice Cubes]
- Gin -> 2 Parts [Gin]
- Cream -> 1 Part [Cream]
- Simple Syrup -> ¾ Part [Simple Syrup]
- Egg White -> 1½ Splashes [Egg White]
- Lemon Juice -> ¼ Part [Lemon Juice]
- Lime Juice -> ¼ Part [Lime Juice]
- Orange Flower Water -> 1 Dash [Orange Flower Water]
- Soda Water -> [Soda Water]
How to mix
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add gin, cream, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, egg white and orange flower water. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass. Top up with soda water.
