Ingredients

  1. Ice Cubes -> [Ice Cubes]
  2. Gin -> 2 Parts [Gin]
  3. Cream -> 1 Part [Cream]
  4. Simple Syrup -> ¾ Part [Simple Syrup]
  5. Egg White -> 1½ Splashes [Egg White]
  6. Lemon Juice -> ¼ Part [Lemon Juice]
  7. Lime Juice -> ¼ Part [Lime Juice]
  8. Orange Flower Water -> 1 Dash [Orange Flower Water]
  9. Soda Water -> [Soda Water]

How to mix

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add gin, cream, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, egg white and orange flower water. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass. Top up with soda water.
